Howes Lake (South Frontenac, Ontario) Public Boat Launch?

Hey all,

I'm hoping someone familiar with Howes Lake knows if there is a public boat launch into this lake. I recently purchased a 14' aluminum boat, and will be picking up a new motor for it on Friday. My wife and I are hoping to get on the water on Saturday morning, after a 4 hour drive leaving from the Hamilton area.
