I am going to fish in humber river between finch to 407 next week, somebody told me is it illegal a

I checked the additional zone 16 fishing opportunities, it said humber river upstream from eglinton to south side of 407 is extended from the Sat in Apr to Dec,31.
I am confused. Anybody has advice for that area?
