First Annual Catch & Release Panfish Ice Fishing Derby.

Saturday Feb. 13 2010 9:00am til 2:00pm at Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area.

LOTS of great prizes to be one. Tickets are available in advance or on the day of the derby. Day-Of-Registration closes 45 minutes after derby commences. ENTRY FEES: $15 per Adult or $8 per Child. (14 years & under)

I always release blue gills anywhere and the crappie at a local urban pond, but I've always figured when people go ice fishing for panfish, the do it for the food.
