ice hut rental recommendation request

I am taking my girls to Lake Simcoe,Cooks Bay west side for a day of ice fishing. Can anyone recommend a good hut operator? With 2 girls along there needs to be a bathroom within walking distance of the huts.

I dont know if i mentioned it in the post but there are several "washrooms" just a few steps away
