Heck NO! I don't trust china sorry but all I hear is saber rattling, threats and taunts.
Constant threats, destroying there environment faster and worst than anyone else in the world.
NO freedom, Look what's happening in Tibet and the topic "Is China ready for the Olympics" NO!
And Taiwan? How many missiles they shot over that island and I bet someone here will say all they want is PEACE.

I agree China is not ready for the olympics, but it will go off, hopefully with no situations and no real danger...but lets not get involved in the whole story of who is worse...they are all BAD...even us. We all pollute, we all oppress we all do un-holy things to eachother in the name of peace and God...this is a touchy subject(my father use to tell me, never discuss religion or politics unless you are looking for a fight) and it is soo true, people are not easily swayed on these topics, and the conversations always breakdown into a childish squabble. lets talk about fun things, like video of people getting hit with baseballs and things.

Actually I've lived in a few countries. My education is all european based do they have real history books? please enligthen me as to where I can get a hold of these books?
Sorry for my opinion its because I'm brainwashed, I read & experience too much propaganda. I'm going to fill up my gas guzzling SUV while US gov, investment speculators and Halleb knows who else are still increasing the price.

Not since Germany has 1 country invaded so many others and bombed the crap out of them.

Afghanistan...

The concern that a lot of people have is that China is going to be a world dominant power. It will have an army that will number in the many millions, it's economy has grown in double digits over the last ten years, they have made huge advances in technology (some by stealing from others). There policies are quite different than the western world so there are bound to be conflicts.

As I said, I am not going to get into this with you, I am not going to PM you or anything, why waste time? One of the things I can say, just read post of Hyperfox just below yours, is his bit enough to enlighten you a bit? I won't hold my breath. Hyperfox is part of Canadian Army forces, I think you should give him credit that he knows thing or two about military matters, threats, and things of that nature.....

I agree no point to discuss this further your entitled to your opinion as this is a free society and the internet is not controlled as it is in CHINA. I'm always interested in learning something new about history you obviously don't have the knowledge to provide proper info to support your opinion i'll leave it at that.

Don't forget their success is based on the US buying 60% of their products. one example is if fuel costs continue to rise it will be cheaper to produce items here again. Communism is actually in their favour as thats the only way to totally control a countries economy & direction however this can backfire due to lack of proper leadership, resources etc...
