It's been a while, here's an update

Man, I've missed this place. Since this place was down about a year ago, I haven't been able to login again without being asked to choose a username (strange). Well, I just randomly tried again today and viola I'm back!

I wanted to share what I've been up to since posting last... some highlights of this year if you may. Looking forward to meeting up and fishing with some of you guys once again!

I can't complain about how fishing has treated me this year... I just wanted to share some of the memorable moments I've been graced with. This year's been a truly diverse year .

Grass carp in Florida

One hot mess of burbot, 15+ in under an hour

Fun with big blue's in Virginia

Some triumph over the elusive (to me) whitefish

Many steelheads

Cracking the stickleback...

Grappling with gar

Fun with smallmouth

And hordes big drum from the Pickering plant outflow (my latest undertaking in my new kayak)

I'll be up to my usual shenanigans of asking dumb questions and posting reports. See you guys on the boards!

I'm not saying don't belong to another forum just don't promote it from this forum, MichaelAngelo himself doesn't promote his own forum on this sight, and just because you say there's nothing wrong with it doesn't make it so. Also chill out you and noob always come across like you're ready for an argument, and if I had my choice between a "much friendlier" site and a less friendlier site it's only logical that I would choose the friendlier one so why don't you?

driftman--they are kids brother....excitement and passion looks like aggression online way too often....I have learned the hard way...and michaelangelo kind of does promote it(not that's its necessarily an issue) but his signature has a 14x20 banner with the forum name on it...guys a good dude and so is g10---
