Jordan Harbor? Gibson Lake?

Wondering if anyone fishes Jordan Harbor? We're heading there Sunday. I've only been there once before and caught a lot of Cats, including one that was about 12-15 lbs. Can't complain about that.
I've been told there are Pike and Bass in there. Any tips? We have a small row-boat we will be launching at the conservation area.
Last year when we were there we mostly fished with bait. This year I intend to bring 2 rods, one will be rigged for bait fishing and the other for pitching lures. Just seeking any input anyone has?
I'm also wondering about Gibson Lake by hwy 406. I have heard that it holds Muskie. Does anyone know where we can launch a row-boat on Gibson? And what we might find there? Are there Bass and Pike there too? Never fished Gibson.

Watercraft of any kind, even canoes, are not permitted on Lake Gibson. so says Ontario Hydro and the City of St. Catharines. It's the source of drinking water for the city. No jokes please. They don't want sediment stirred up, apparently. The carp are free to do it, but get some crazy folk in a canoe in there and look out nelly!! Lawbreakers!!!!!!!!!
