Lake Erie charters?

Hey guys and girls. I'm not normally one to head out in a charter boat, but we are trying to set up something with all the guys I work with.
We are looking for a boat that can handle 6 or 7 guys. Walleye and Rainbows would be great that's why I am thinking Erie.
Most of the guys are in their early 20's, so we would be looking for a boat that would allow us to carry some beers with us. They like their beers.

Let me know if your target shifts to lake Ontario. The charter I know of would certainly have no issues with beers and they are over the top with their Gear.
