Sorry wrong section but I can't add to the other yet.

Saturday,

Just trolling around more exploration with small sonic spinners and tiny floating rapalas for trout.

Hooked into 2 specs very tiny almost didn't know they were there, and one very nice bass although bass are out of season.

All got let go right away and I only happen to have this pix because I sent it while on the water.

Eugina Info:
Very clear water, Max depth was 37 ft, most fish marked in 12-14ft of water.

Half weed half rocky bottom tons of bolders.

That's my bro holding the bass. Came on a small rapala fought like a monster lure in the pix. Weight 3.5LB.

P.S Best stuff in this lake is rubber baits for bass and top water on an evening no other lake like it for top water action during the summer months! And the amount of fish picked up WOW! It's a loaded lake!
And that green monster canoe ow I miss good old betsy you could stand up, ram shore a tough bugger of a canoe I had trust in, She will be missed! RIP hahaha

Cool, thanks for sharing, I use to like Eugenia a lot, but everytime I went last year it was Packed! have you noticed this? + they added a $10 launching fee.

Just wanted to post my result from this past Monday. I thought that the weather was awesome for some SMB, but perhaps the timing was not there. I arrived around 11'ish and stayed until 4pm. I caught nothing and it became obvious that I was not going to get anything. I started playing around with the rock bass that were just under the rocks, along the shore. heh

That area receives quite a lot of fishing pressure. I counted about 5-8 boats that head in our direction to fish along the rocks.

I used a 5" senko (wacky), spinner (white skirt), Rapala jointed shad, Strike King crank bait, and jig & pig...nothing worked.

Funny how when we left, another group of guys came in to fish–so I suppose it was the timing that I was there.

My g/f's parents live close to there so I will take another adventure sometime down the road.
