Kept a couple salmon last fall from Huron tribs, none from Lake Ontario..

Its definately better from huron, you dont wanna be making a habit of eating from Ontario. I think a rare fish every now and then is okay, the guide to eating ontario sport fish says 0 for salmon in most areas of lake O but I think a couple times a year is fine.

I wonder what the guide to eating ontario fast food would say for number of big mac servings per month lol...

Excellent point. A research several years ago, in Europe said that McDonal's fries should be rated as Carcinogenic, i.e. cancerous! Pretty much everything we eat today is contaminated one way or another, processed food in particular

McDonalds is nasty, my thinking though is that whatever crap you ingest there, you can eventually exercise it off.

The stuff you're getting out of Lake O fish seems much more dangerous. Scary thing is - Lake O I believe is the source of tap water for millions of people.

I was just reading about how the US Army Corps dumped 1500 barrels of radioactive materials into Lake Superior during 1960's near Duluth.

Thats the thing its more than just fatty food, its got chemicals all over it and u cant work that off.
