Lake Scugog fishing tips plz

Hey I live in Whitby so like 30 mins from scougog. Ive only fished the southern part of the lake on the cosway (3 lb walleye) and the main boat launch in PP(6lb pike). I have also gone out in my kyack and had some great bad luck!! ( First time using a frog lure and tryed 2 set too early i guess?) At least 10 jumping bass 2-4 lbs, and one musky... al of which decided not to hook themselves. I was wondering if someone might give me some advice with frog lures and any sweet spots on the lake(I dont have a boar most of the time) Thanks for the help

Hey can you give me some tips for walleye and pike fishing at lake scugog? Thanks! I've never caught any of those on the lake yet. I fish in front of port perry, only been catching bass, perch, crappie, and rock bass. Are they specific spots they hang out I've watched YouTube videos of scugog musky before that's it.
