Last few trips before opener..

Here are some that I caught last few trips...
I lost about 8 of them while catching these ones... but still satisfied with it since my focus was on getting used to and find some good spots uptream for uncoming opener. I hiked most of the time and only fished for two or three hours each trip. (I love hiking!!)
Its still tough for me to locate good spots since all the uptreams are new to me but found few pools loaded with steels.. hope they are still there until the opening day :grin:

i love hiking too ! always fun lookin around the upper stretches and coming across a pool stacked with chrome even if u cant fish it. u hit some nice droppies , careful with that kingpin tho ,wouldnt be putting it on the rocks like that , i just recently got one and i baby it like its my first child LOL

I've learned that too after few scratches on my pin. :grin: I really hate those scratches on any of my new items. :angry:
But I try not to think about it while fishing... I have fishing to think about not my pin..lol
Always take care of it after each trip tho...
And I had my first child last year and for me it is no where close to my baby son.. hehe (its gonna be my boys first birthday next week!)

wow great fish i could use a few outings like those!
Jackson (my first aswell) turned one in feb. Hes coming on opening day with me! my inlaws live on the notty so he can play while i fish a 60 ft section all to myself lol.
