Local Lake Pike

This is my first year ice fishing, and so far I've been enjoying catching pike at the nearest lake to my house. There's also an abundance of perch and crappie, but I've yet to find a reliable lure to nail into multiple perch or crappie yet. Any lure suggestions would be awesome, but until then, here are the pike I've caught so far at this lake. Bigger range for me so far here is 24-28 inches but my friend regularly catches 30+ inch pike most days. I threw in my biggest perch from here as well for kicks.

Nice fish and when you say multiple do you mean a rig with multiple hooks on it or just an overall efficient rig for panfish?

Small super glo macho minnow and fire eye jig work well for me tiped with a small minnow or roe bag
