Looking For Speckled Trout or Rainbow Close To Waterloo!

I am looking for a good stream or river to catch some nice Specled Trout
or Rainbows.
Any help or directions would be greatly appreciated.

grand river maybe but there is very good trout fishing at bellwood lake below the dam and down the river.theriver extends through fergus but i'm not sure.are you fly fishing?
