Looking forward to bass season

With musky opening today, only bass remains closed.

Caught 1 OOS LM this spring, this little one.

Looking forward to fishing for them in Haliburton this summer.

I can't wait for bass either. Spent the weekend at the cottage re-rigging all 7 of my rods. New line, leaders. Hooks and weights and tackle all ready to go. Going to smash them on the opener. Been scouting new spots and potential spots that are going to hold bass as well as checking out all the go to spots.

The last two times I've been out I had to control myself as I watched very nice sized bass just cruising around or sitting there looking at me. Can't wait to start going after them.

Haha dirk! I did the same but I only have 1 rod lol but re rigged it and redid the mono to braid line and sharpen a my books can't wait !! Even got a canoe!!

LOVE going fishing for bass! Great for starters like me and you can do it right off the dock if you don't have a boat.

Can't wait!! What are the big lakes for bass fishing usually? I went up to parry sound once last year and got two!
