I have a cheap quantum bait caster that I got at CT for $20 and it's alright but I would like to upgrade to a better reel/rod.
Here is my requirements:
- must be left hand (I currently have a right hand and I don't really like it)
- must have more that 5 bearings
- must be around $100 for the rod & reel
Initially I wanted to get a combo but I could not find any left handed ones for around $100.
I am considering buying one of these 2 reels:

And one of these rods:

I plan on using it for senkos, tubes, topwater poppers, and maybe the odd crank bait.
What do you guys recommend?
