Mirror carp

I got out for a few hours on Tues I fished Pier 8 in Hamilton Harbour. I got half a dozen small carp , 6 to 8 lbs. They weren't big but they really put up a fight. The first fish of the day was a real prize though. A small mirror.

I love 'em, at the koi shop we call those "doitsu". Great fish hammer :grin:

Big mouth buffalo are in the harbour here but I have never caught one. I have seen pictures of two that were caught.

Beautiful specimen didn't even know we had those in Ontario only seen them in the UK fishpond tournaments. Way to go Lorne as usual your the carp guru, nice catch thanks for the pics.
