Hey John, I don't have any spinning set up gear for sale and all of my musky gear is baitcast set up. I will recommend though for a great priced reel, the penn series offers a salt water spinning reel for like 64 bucks, I think its either the battle or the fierce. Really can't remember. I do not like people using spinning gear for musky but if you had to work with a reel, those bad boys will hold up nicely.

i will looking into it for sure my local fishing shop does have a bunch of saltwater reels i never thought to look at but thanks

that penn reel is reviewing really well I talked to a couple guys using it and they say its a lifetime reel... they also recommended using the quantum hot sauce reel oil on it for better reel speed
