Need advice!

Hey yall! was out looking for some good spots for carp fishing, and came across the Nith river near Paris ont,
i noticed the river is not listed in the 2012 regulations book, there fore i assume that we can fish it for carp this time of year...???
i know the river holds many other fish, but i don't intend on targeting them..

any advice on this situation, where no listings of the Nith River are present in the regulations for zone 16.......?

 There's no closed season for Carp, but if the section of river you are at is a fish sanctuary, there's no fishing for anything.

If the river isnt mentioned in the zone then you just go by the seasons in the regs. That just means there arent any exceptions for the Nith.

Walleye and Northern pike open from Jan. 1 - last day in Feb. & 2nd Sat. in May - Dec. 31.
