guys
i am going to Fenlon Falls this Sunday to pick my new boat. There are lots of lakes around. Can any1 tell me which lake should i try.And what kind of fish i will be able to catch.let me know.thank you

i was thinking about Lake Scugog.is it good there.does any1 know where public boat launch is.thx

The public boat launch that I know is in Cesarea, just outside Port Perry. It's a nice launch. If you look across the lake and just to the left, there is a huge weedbed that holds Walleye. Careful though, the Muskie usually frequent the same spots! It is a shallow, weedy, dark stained lake, but the results are awesome when you can tie into the fish there. I had good success drifting with a jig and a grub or minnow. Good luck!

thx.will try that

Not sure if you ever pulled a trailer before but...

Maybe you should do some practice for doing backing up and such in a large empty parking lot or something.

ya getting ahold of the opposite steering to control a trailor is tricky but after you learn its like riding a bike, you'll never forget it.
I've seen alot of inexperienced guys jackknife a trailor and damage their vehicles, lol. Sucks but some people have to learn the hard way.

Nice, ya you should be fine, going straight and its easy as pie, its the reversing that hard. I remember my first time with my aluminum i was young my brothers like back it up come on, wanting to see if i could do it,lol. I coudlnt and he jumped in laughing and explained it and made me sit their for 30min trying until i got the boat in the water, not straight but in their, lol. Was a good day learned a valuable lesson, listen when your told stuff related to fishing, lol.
