Lol I can't wait to get my new waders and wading jacket they will look darn good on those rivers in Montana This summer

simms are good no doubt--imagine if i bought some now after these pre/post ban threads ---hypocracy at its finest lolol

make no mistake--most of this is in fun however i have never bought into the rhetoric of name brands too deeply---i mean i know they are good but i did my homework pound for pound bare is local and has a better exchange warranty --believe it or not.i have thier neoprenes as well --bottom line its like jordans they arent necessarily the best b ball shoes but the herd wears them so they the in thing----that said madriver swears by simms and hes my pal--and if i had the stomach to spend a grand on waders and a jacket simms would be on the list for sure....RIGHT UNDER BUSHLINES FROM LEBARON HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

Agreed !!!!

hey samosa madriver has caught more fish than we could dream of---and umm the bare adams are about 40 less than the entry level simms---its not about the money--for me its that i have used bare for years for surfing and like that they are canadian--also i am a prick that hates the mainstream stuff---bare has lifetime warranty, bare makes my ass look nice as well...

I will rather have top of the line Toyota then entry lever Mercedes Benz :)

Also i was professional fisherman for 5 years so i doubt he got more fish then me :)

I didn't think this was a pissing match I fish for the time I get to be on the river yes I am working on my casting insurctor because I like to teach people how to fly fish I don't care who's caught more fish is it really that big of a deal

this must be a trap--i can feel it---i...will...not..engage...however mad is my personal friend so lets put a 100% halt on anymore of this conversation..also fishing together would be good if you dont mind a guy that has bought more fly rods that caught fish lol

--back to my question--anyone use bare waders --any input lol

hahahah i don't mind, why would i ?

and back to your question, Bare waders are good i have them and put some mileage on them, so far so good extra light, strong and most important breathable.

i am worried about sizing i wear XL but the legs are a little long--once the air kinda gets sucked out they stick pretty close to my legs--so not too big just not sure about how they are "suppsoed" to fit some guys wear them like disco dress pants and i see some guys that look like they are wearing a breathable barrel...

Catch fish, Smoke Cigars, Drink Scotch and be merry!

As long as the waders are comfortable and keep you dry and theyre not hunters orange I think youll be happy!

I don't know what to tell you. Mine are bit big to and i'm tall dude and i was looking for bit bigger so i can wear warm clothes (warm underwear) under them it f... gets cold here in Canada. I pull them up and tighten them up with belt. Always make sure your belt is tight. In case you fall in the water (god forbid) it will keep air from entering waders and you will not flip upside down.

First of all this is not you on the photo, second, when you actualy catch fish like this then you can talk to me

First off all, I never shamelessly claimed that was me?

Second of all, I can't believe you couldn't find sarcasm in those posts. It was blatant. You must be really smart

Third off all, talk to you when I cat h fish like that? Comon dude. For someone who was "pro" you certainly seem like a loser who lacks a positive sportsmanship attitude.

Happy holidays.

Toyota blows away Mercedes when comparing reliability...

You "were" a professional fisherman? -Were you a guide?

I've seen this one guy on the rivers with a full suit and tie, hopping between rocks in his fancy shoes with a rod and net in each hand. He looked pretty professional to me.
