So I'm new to posting, but have been a lurker for a long time. So... I know the rules. Nothing better than watching somebody mention a body of water on here, that I'm familiar with... and then next time you go... it's litter everywhere, and a line-up at each pool/hole. Just thought I'd start by introducing myself here as I've seen things that I would like to comment on--- or offer advice on. I've met a few of you on the water, and seems like 80% of you are quite polite and good people. So... "Hi." And, tight lines..

Welcome! What fish do you target mainly? What gear do you use?

Thanks guys, I'll simply answer any questions in a single post, as I HATE replying individually.. (I suffer from a high level of ADHD) The only thing I have patience to address individually is fish, weird, but it seems to be my therapy and has been for 26 plus years. As far as what I target, I'll respond by saying, if it has fins and swims... I'm game. Grew up fishing the Saugeen, so target species were widely varying. Everything from all species of trout, to bass, pike, muskie and bullhead. I use spinning gear, I pin (float fish), and toss bugs (fly fish). You're right with your assumption, I certainly am a steelheader, but when those bad boys aren't flooding my favorite streams... you'll find me chasing swamp donkeys, or fighting gators. Thanks for the friendly welcome :) ... Just remember, nothing is sweeter than the sound of a Screamin' Reel.
