Hi All
I just wanted to introduce myself.
I have been a centerpinner since the early 1980s. I'm sure that is before 90% of the folks here were born. At any rate the only fish I pursue are steelhead and browns. The rest are more than safe from me.
There have been so many changes in rods, reels, lines, leaders, bait presentations, that although easier to take the progression one step at a time, someone just starting out has a huge benefit from forums like this one. Nothing like this was even thought of when I started!
I have been fortunate to be part of the development of some great centerpin reels and rods, and am always keen on hearing of the latest greatest coming soon.
I will chime in on things I have some knowledge of, and devour the info on the new stuff.
