hello everybody, new to Windsor and wondered if anybody knows if the fishing is starting yet since ice is moving out.

Hey welcome to the forum. Things are not gonna start picking up for the next couple weeks because most bodies of water have high water levels and are low visibility. Also there is still a lot of ice in some places
