New Member from London

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the forum and relatively new to fishing. Took up fishing three seasons ago and can't stop. I enjoy spin fishing, fly fishing, and as of this season float fishing in the Thames River, Bayfield River, Grand River, and others. I love to find articles and tips online and have stumbled across this site many times so thought I'd join. Looks like an unbelievable community and resource. Can't wait to learn more and meet some other fishermen (and fisher-women). If anyone knows of some helpful resources, links, threads, or anything feel free to send me a message! Cheers!

welcome, I'm from London too but I don't know the Thames very well, I plan on getting to know it very well this year.

It is one of the most diverse rivers in terms of number of species. Everything from tons of carp to the rare rainbow trout. Good access in the city but the best fishing is on the outskirts for sure.
