Just checking in here as I've just registered. I've been coming to northern Ontario on an annual fishing trip since the late 1970's, which started with my dad and his friends, and has slowly turned into my brothers and our friends. We rent a remote cabin on a lake with great lake trout and smallmouth fishing, and we also hike back into several small lakes for brook trout. There's nothing quite like it. Glad to have found this forum.

Technical question for whomever.... I'm trying to cut/paste simple text into a post on the forum. It doesn't seem to let me do that. I've tried using the little icons in the upper right of this window that say "paste", and the middle one (paste as plain text) looks as if it accepts my text, but when I hit "okay" to post it, nothing shows? I'm no dummy...have been part of many on-line forums over the years. But this has me stumped. Any ideas?
