New to Fly fishing need some info with the regs

I been interested in trying out Fly fishing, so I finally got a rod reel and I am looking to try out the credit but I just wanted to make sure that it is in zone 16. and if anything caught there is catch and release. also any other regs I should be aware of.

All of the upper credit is special regs single barb less catch and release artificial only so basicly geared towards fly fishing
