Got back into fishing a few years ago and me and my friend are going to try salmon fishing from land...looking for tips on what kind of line to use, and live bait vs fake bait & spoons.

It depends on where anf how you intend to go fishing for Salmon.

Example: If you’re going fishing from a pier or in a boat then spoons would be the way to go. However if your intend to river fish then floating roe bags or flies would be the better way to go.. Check out the below site for more info and tips..
