New to Mississauga, long time fisherman

[Southern Ontario Fishing]

Hey everyone, been driving around Mississauga since I moved here a week ago. I really cant find any decent spots for Bass or Pike. If anyone is looking for a new fishing friend and knows any decent spots within 30 minutes or so I would be more than happy to accompany you. I am experienced and have all my own tackle. welcome aboard. I also live in Mississauga but usually head to Orillia or Barrie area for fishing. I usually head up during the week. As a matter of fact, looking at going tomorrow morning.

Thats not too bad of a drive at all. Do you shore fish or take a boat out usually? I mostly shore fish since I dont know anyone with a boat but I do quite well for the limited access to waters

Yep I shore fish. I plan on renting a boat there and there. I also bought a fish finder and made it portable for those reasons. depending on the weather, I plan on going north for the day next Wednesday or Thursday. you welcome to tag along.

Wow thanks for the invite! Where abouts up there? Im definitely interested, just gotta check with the wife to make sure we didnt have any previous plans.
