New to Northumberland /rice lake area. Experienced fisherman

Hi all.

New to the area having moved here this spring. I have a 16ft boat up at harris and have been bass fishing mostly on rice, often alone as I haven't really meet anyone yet.

I am a former Muskoka small lake fisherman and am trying to get used to the fish being a little fewer and farther between.

If any of you have tips or advice or better yet need a fishing buddy. Please let me know.

I am in my early 40's, wife and 2 kids. Mostly normal dude that loves fishing. Also ice fish and have portable hut.
