No salmon in bluffers park

Its so sad that this year their is no salmon in the bluffs I been checking for couple of weeks, but the salmon is still not running their. Last year theirs so much salmon their I dont know what happen this year, hopefully they start running when the weather get cold and after the rain

i've heard from others that fishing in bluffers is better in October... I mean its not a river mouth right, so it wouldnt really depend on the salmon run?
