Opinions on spey rod setup

I recently picked up a Cabelas 13'8 spey rod and Ross reel and want to set it up. I'm a novice and would like to get a shooting head and running line thats forgiving. Any help? Thanks all.

If it's the Lsi and you are fairly new to the game, go with a 600ish gr Scagit or a 550ish Scandinavian. You can safely go 20-25 grains either way. Best bet though, get with someone in you area that has some different heads to try out. If you can make it to Fergus, we can get together and sort it out.
