Recently I've misplaced my wallet, been about a week. Searching for it everywhere, the last time I remember having it was fishing at this remote section of river, a bit of a distance from Toronto. I remember pulling the zippers tight when I put my kleenex away in the same pocket as my wallet and started hiking back. That is the last time I remember seeing my wallet and couldn't figure out where it is.

Last night I get a call from CJR telling me to call member LICENSETOPIN, both members of this forum, and he had an interesting story to tell. He was out fishing at this one particular spot haulin' fish when he spots a wallet in the water. Sure enough he opens it up and there is my beautiful mug, smiling and starring straight into his eyes  I was amazed, it rained hard earlier in the week and everything is still there. Anyways, just thought I'd share this story because the odds of this situation playing out the way it did just boggles my mind. The world works in mysterious ways.

Anyways, good seeing you again L2P and you know what, you just may be magical

The MORAL of the STORY is:

Your Secret Fishing Hole ... is not much of a SECRET! lol

Just kidding...

Glad the Guys got your wallet back.

It really is a SMALL WORLD isnt it?

 Just fishing spots on weekends with no one around. Between the zombie salmon there are spunky lake run and resident browns :)

My faith in mankind marginally restored.

Mine isn't in the least bit, but that is a pretty funny way to lose your wallet and be reunited with it.

I lost my fishing license once, and had it turn up on a creek bed after a rain.
