Password and forum access? Mods?

Wondering why my password becomes useless and I have to reset every year or 2. As I just did again.
Have been a member since 2011 according to my membership, which I doubt. More like 2005 when I got my computer.
I check in at least 5-6 days a week. And have over 1500 posts. Why am I randomly denied access to areas of this forum every so often? It is really a pain as I am not a techie, and my eyes aren't the best.

I checked the settings, and passwords should never expire - I will check with the forum support if there is a bug that is causing it.

There was a problem with the software license that could cause problems with the profile access or other sections of the forum. Please let me know if you still see it - it should be fixed now.
