Penetangore River?

Anyone on here ever fish the Penetangore River (in Kincardine, ON)?

Hey, I'm going to be up in that area, maybe as soon as tomorrow. Our next job is in Ripley which on the map looks very close to Kincardine.
I guess I'm also interested in any input about fishing the area.

I have fished it once or twice before. I have heard that it does get a salmon run, but it wouldn't be as good as certain surrounding river systems.

I was in Grand Bend on Friday and the water was still very warm near shore, I think the big runs of salmon and steelhead are still weeks away for the Huron tribs.

I don't live too far from Kincardine but I have yet to fish there [new to the area]. My husband has caught Salmon [19 lbs & 32 lbs] from the pier & habour in Kincardine though...
