Perch Fishing Festival

Don't forget the perch festival is starting up next weekend in Orillia. I'll be heading up there with my daughter for some fun.

its already started, perch fishing is terrible though, 2 perch in the big tank.

there is still ice on both lakes and the public lanchs are iced in as well

ya theres still lots of ice but lots of open spots as well, we didn't even bother going this year because the one launch that is open is charging 20-25 bucks per person! Shore fishing is usually amazing in the canals for both jumbos and crappie but this year its been terrible to say at the least, i don't think ill be seeing them down there until about in a month!
