Pinning different species

Other than salmonoids what species have you targeted with your center pin float fishing

I have targeted

Small mouth bass
Largemouth bass
Walleye
Northern pike
Musky
Sheep head
Carp
Catfish

When targeting other species on the pin, do you all use a float rig?

I pin for everything - all species... jigging, casting, trolling, drop shotting.

i got it last week so, so far only salmon but for sure trout and bass

occasionally I will use a egg sinker bottom bouncing for carp but I usually use a float with my float rod
