I just moved to Toronto from Ukraine.
I want read some information about fishing rules in Canada.
I want buy some fishing gear.
My main target is perch. (micro-jigging).
Already i have rod "Favorite blue bird", "favorite regza 13 2000", "sunline pe 6lb".

There are plenty of good stores in the Toronto area. Someone else may be able to help you out with independent tackle shops, but there is also Bass Pro Shops in Vaughn as well as Sail in Etobicoke.

I don't know where you are but with all the bait stores I've been to I personally like Caledonia bait and tackle shop the best.
