Nice!

Can anyone recommend a spoon/lure other then a Cleo, Moonshine or J13?

I'm looking to experiment. I've been playing around with a Williams Trophy but no luck yet.

I have some Mepps Cyclops that I wanna try next.

First of the year...

Blue fox Lol foxee glow spoon. I lost a fish on the rocks 5 feet from me with this spoon. Lost the spoon too

Pump, I was going to recommend the Williams trophy, I'm using one this year too. For the last couple of years I've had luck with the Berkley Flicker Shad.

I've seen people catch fish with the trophy but I find it very hard to cast. Make sure you have the wind aiding you, I don't use this spoon when I gotta cast against the wind.

How heavy is the Flicker Shad?

Another lure I wanna try throwing are lipless cranks

The Flicker shad's not a very heavy bait. About the same as a shadRap of the same size. They have some weights to help with the cast, but it's not as good as a spoon. But they have a great action, are cheaper than Rapalas and come in quite a few colours.

Thanks. I'll have to check them out if I'm ever in the area.

No way, the rim on the net must be hiding the snout. Nice looking anyway.
I noticed with fresh fish, it's hard to tell sometimes. The males would be still fresh from the lake with no curve on the snout.
