Rainbow trout fishing

Hi

Does any one know where I can fish natural wild clean unpoluted rainbow trout in Ontario ? Not a trout pond ie. burds fishing.

Wild and unpolluted Rainbow Trout is a tall order for Ontario :razz: But I would try Lake Superior for wild and "unpolluted".

I refuse to talk about rainbow trout! It's July for Pete's sake!!! I waited months to fish for warmwater species :mrgreen: blasphemy from an angler named "Largemouth Bass Fisher" lol pulling your leg, friend

ok ok having said that.... small Haliburton lakes (south of Algonquin) abound in such rainbow trout you seek.... i would get a stocking list from the district MNR and a Crown Land map they have which also shows fish species present in each lake and go from there

Those lakes will be on fire come late September.... fish-wise
