I heard from a buddy of mine that someone finally caught an Atlantic in the weir out there, but there are tons of Chinook and a few Coho, Rainbow and Browns that have been moving through as well.

i found a dead Atlantic east the other day at first it looked like a trout but after research i found that it was a lantic, change it to east trib, u just told a bunch of ppl how many and what fish are in there

There have been several confirmed reports of 'tics showing up out east... they are catching on. Please take great care when handling these fish as they are fragile and know what the look like!

that wier is open on weekends so it is very possible that others have went through when it was opened making passing the wier much easier.

I hear the south side of the lake is having some success stocking them in smaller numbers and a different strain. I have also heard that in Huron the returns on them can be as high as trout and Michigan Is increasing the numbers this year, correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe they are indigenous to Huron

I like the work that has come out of this project but I am becoming more and more skeptical of it.

They are not natural to any Great Lakes but Lake Ontario !! The niagara river is impassable !!
