Regs and beaver river

Hey guys and gals. Having a hard time to figure out the regs. I think I got it. The beaver river ( in thornbury ; not Beaverton) is an extended season from the dam down to Georgian bay until dec 31. Then It closes from then until 4th sat in April correct? Not like some other tribs that are open 365 days a year?
