Rice Lake Action

Got out for a day on rice lake yesterday. I was fishing with an OFF member. Constantino! Hes still learning how to fish for bass. Thought I would show a couple of photos of the bass I pulled out. Tough day on the water. I didn't fish a senkos at all. Powerbait worms and also flipping jigs.

Where u guys fishing on rice?? My cottage is on rice I'm on the north side up by Hastings where the river opens into the big lake

It is a must to fish, but be prepared to work for the nice ones! You can catch fish all day with wacky rigged senkos thats a fact, but to find the steady 4+ lbs fish they are hard to find.

I fish everywhere on the lake, even as far up as the indian river.

Im not an expert I just fish the lake extensively and it is close to home. I also target walleye when the season opens but during the summer they are a bit harder to find for me. Mostly because I don't target them often. They are a great fish and I do enjoy a walleye fish fry.
