So ...

I've said I wanted to visit the Rouge River mouth but I have decided not to.

Instead I have decided to visit Bowmanville.

All I got to say is... I want to visit there again.

I had some luck with Salmon a couple weeks back. I think there are rainbows and browns in there. Otherwise you got bullhead and carp.

Dudes...

Not sure how much rain is coming down now but...

this bit of rain should make the fish little more active again...

I would really like to visit the Bowmanville soon...

Any volunteers ?

I'm waiting for the browns to start coming in. I think the salmon are going up river with this rain and the ones at the mouth are in staging mode so it will be harder to catch.

Than again... this wasn't that much of a rain either.

At Bowmanville, when I was walking out to that rock pier... I could see that water level was low because middle part of it had a sand out the water atleast covering half of the path. Which I am sure is the bottom.

That definitely is a chock point for fish :)

Besides, why wait for Mr. Brown? Fish for salmon until than :D

mike, you get anything at bowmanville?

i visited ashbridges and it is boiling with fish. too bad they didn't like me though. i'm gonna try it out again tonight.
