Rules for lute with the triple hooks

So far I've been fishing with single hooks and live bait and am interested in trying out lures, I was wondering if there are any rules regarding the lures with 3 hooks. I recall that someone told me those hooks were illegal but I'm not certain. Anyone got any ideas regarding the lures with triple hooks? Thanks

Try the live target lures they are awesome. blue gill or pumpkin seed patterns

not illegal unless you are fishing in a single barbless hook area.
