I purchased the line 2 weeks ago from BassPro. The reason I chose it was that I noticed the line diameter is slightly thinner than other fluorocarbon lines the same price and it claimed to be very abrasion resistant. I loaded it up as my main line on my spinning reel so I can test it out on pools of chinook salmon on a really clear eastern trib. It would be the ultimate test since I know how reluctant pacific salmon are to bite. I was expecting to have problems with the line coiling, but I guess I was wrong. The line went off the reel nicely and best of all I got more bites than I usually do when fishing for salmon in clear conditions. I would definitely recommend this line to anyone who fishes for salmon/steelhead in tributaries.
