Alright, here is my thing I have notice in the last week from when i join this forums. A lot of people come searching the web for fishing hot spots. LOL. People are always asking for new spots to fish, and who doesn't want to expand their fishing maps. But is it a good idea to show and point out good off shore spots to people you don;t know? I am not talking about places like the Holland or Buckhorn were everyone already knows and were these spots are already over crowded. I am talking about hidden spots away from the human eyes were you make your way in a bit and no one been in that spot for years but yourself and a few close friends.
I am not saying everyone are bad and will ruin a spot. But I had a great spot for trout years ago and the owner let people come and fish. But people never picked up their garbage and left a mess every year. The owner put up a 10 foot fence and told everyone to stay off.
I am new to this forums and I don't know if you all are expecting me to share. I don't mind sharing reports on spots you all fish at too like Rice, Bellville, Port Credit, Holland, Cooks Bay and ect. Some might say that I a selfish, but to preserve my joy in the sport I need to preserve my good fishing spots.
