hardware store? check the plumbing section for tubing

pet stores will have it under airline tubing for fish bubblers, it may too big of a diameter for your floats

just go to dollarama and buy the little black hairbands girls use then put it on twist and re do it

I believe that is what CT is talking about, Just hair elastics. You can buy tiny elastics as well that you don't need to twist they are that small.

Anyways

Best bet would be aquarium/fish store just take a float with ya and measure up ^

If there is a hobby shop near by, look for nitro rc car fuel line, that comes in the smaller diameter you need for floats
