Hello everyone, I recently moved to London ON and have no idea where to go and which fish are active around here this time of year here. I would greatly appreciate any advice from the local anglers around this area. (p.s I have no preference to size or species of fish, I have set up for just about everything I'm just looking for some good fishing). As well for those who are not currently in the area i should mention it is unseasonably warm there is no ice and the weather has been in the low positives. I would set the range of travel for myself as 3 hours in ether direction of the city if that will narrow it down.

Thanks for your time

Hey Unbreakable. I'm in Hamilton and there is still Chrome in the rivers near here. The water is still open. The fishing isn't easy, you have to do some work, and it is hit and miss. Some days you will catch Steelhead and some days are skunks. The weather has all to do with it. The Grand is still producing Walleye and Pike where the season is open, even getting a few Cats. Oh and Chrome.

Alfie.

Smaller and shallower lakes have good ice in sheltered bay areas if you can find access.

Or you can hit up some rivers for steelhead as mentioned above.

Thank you both for such a speed reply, It was helpful, and no i don't mind having to really work for my fish that's all part of the fun(that being said feel free to send me to any harder to get to spots that you think will be worth my while).
