Anyone know of a good website to check current water temps/conditions on a specific lake or area. I'm trying to plan a pike trip to pointe au baril and I want to time it right. I've heard they still have ice up there but I'm wondering how it's changing from day to day which will help me time my trip. I am hoping to go sometime in May

Thanks for any help!

North Bay Area lakes still have a foot of ice on em. So I'd plan to head up there sometime in June before water temps get warmer so activity picks up.

Are you fishing a lake up there or GB? If so GB might be open now in the bays.

Well, I'm heading up to Pointe au Baril this weekend with my bro in law. Looks like the water temps up there are still a little cold but this is the only weekend that works for both of us. We will have to slow our presentations and have the live bait ready but hopefully we get into some monster gators! Has anyone heard what the pike fishing has been like up there lately?
